• How to verify my Tracker works normally?

• Loose item inside NOMAD? Why is there a sound coming from inside?

  It is likely the small set screw that came loose during shipping

• NOMAD is not charging?

  Make sure to use a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge the tracker, and ensure the charger provides an output of 5V at 1A–2A.

• The screw on the star tracker is too big for MSM ball head？How can I attach ballhead to NOMAD?

  please remove the screw adapter on the bottom of ballhead first

• The screw on the star tracker is too big for V mount?

  There is a screw adapter at the bottom of the V mount, or Z mount, please screw it out, then you can attach the V  or Z mount to NOMAD's rotating plate.And please use the included wrench to tighten the attachment

• Why there is a rubber cap on the top of NOMAD? What is it for?

  The rubber stopper/rubber cap is designed to cover the small screw inside the hole.
