How to verify my Tracker works normally?


  1. Full charging test

Connecting your tracker's charging port to a 5V, 1~2A adapter, with a type-C cable (one end is USB-A and another end is USB-C)

  1. One-Hour test

(1) Please remove the middle screw of NOMAD and put the middle plate to the desk

(2) Let NOMAD run for one hour ,then check if it moves around 15 degrees. Please note that one degree more or less is normal. The rotating plate is the main moving part of NOMAD. If you place the rotating plate facing upward, it will be difficult to observe NOMAD’s movement. Please follow the pictures above and position NOMAD with the rotating plate facing backward.

(3) If it does not pass the test, please take a picture of the beginning of the test, another one is the end of the test with the measured degree (If it is not moved, just showing it is not moved is ok).
