How to process a return

If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.

To start a return, please contact our support team to obtain the return address. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

Before proceeding, please confirm that:

  • The item is in its original packaging, with the SKU label clearly visible on the top of the box (please refer to the example below). This is important so our overseas warehouse agent can properly scan and restock the item.
  • The item is not scratched, damaged, or showing signs of use.

Please note that if the item does not have a quality issue, the return shipping fee is not covered and will need to be borne by the customer.

Return Steps

  1. Contact our support team to obtain the return address and your RMA number.
  2. Place a separate note inside the parcel clearly stating your RMA number, so our warehouse can identify your return.
  3. Ship your unused product with its original packaging to the address provided in our email.
  4. After shipping the parcel, notify our support team and provide the tracking number. This is required so we can monitor and follow up on your return.

Returns

1, When returning products, you are under a duty to take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the products and that the products are not damaged in transit. Therefore, for your protection, when you are returning a product, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Products returned to the warehouse may be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, cables, etc.) .



2, Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products.



3, If the product you receive: (a) has been sent to you incorrectly due to the our error; (b) is damaged; (c) does not conform to its description; (d) is not fit for purpose; or (e) is not of satisfactory quality, it is considered defective. Note that damage caused to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective and is beyond our responsibility.

  • (a) Unwanted Products

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging, according with the instructions set out in clause 8 in Terms and Conditions (right of cancellation).

  • (b) Defective Products

Defective products should be returned as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of delivery.



4, In particular, please note that any items returned which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.



5, You are not entitled to withdrawal a contract for supply of goods made according to specifications or clearly personalized (I.e. color, size, etc ...) or which by their nature cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.

6, Any items that you return are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier.
