We provide a 1-year warranty, you are under warranty from the moment you receive the product.
Scope 1:
Product failures without misuse and human errors.
We will send a replacement for free.
Scope 2:
Product failures caused by misuse and human errors.
We will do the repair for free, but the customer should pay for the possible shipping fee.
Returns
How to process a return
If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.
To start a return, please contact our support team to obtain the return address. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.
Before proceeding, please confirm that:
- The item is in its original packaging, with the SKU label clearly visible on the top of the box (please refer to the example below). This is important so our overseas warehouse agent can properly scan and restock the item.
- The item is not scratched, damaged, or showing signs of use.
Please note that if the item does not have a quality issue, the return shipping fee is not covered and will need to be borne by the customer.
Return Steps
- Contact our support team to obtain the return address and your RMA number.
- Place a separate note inside the parcel clearly stating your RMA number, so our warehouse can identify your return.
- Ship your unused product with its original packaging to the address provided in our email.
- After shipping the parcel, notify our support team and provide the tracking number. This is required so we can monitor and follow up on your return.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you need a return or exchange, please send us an email at support@moveshootmove.com. We will send you the shipping address. Once we provided the return address, the parcel should be sent out within 7 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If a gift card was used and then discarded, please visit our store where the refund will be processed on a new gift card.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a delivery error on our side or a manufacturing defect in the equipment.
For returns, shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. For returns that are not related to quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns sent with freight collect or cash on delivery (COD). We reserve the right to refuse any freight collect shipments, and any consequences or additional costs resulting from such returns will be borne by the customer.
